Your order will be sent via either Royal Mail or ParcelForce, depending on size, weight and value. We offer several postage options depending on your requirements:

UK Standard 2–5 working days: £4.99
Orders under £15 reduced postage: £3.99
Express Delivery ~ next working day: £8.50 (order by 10am Mon-Fri – requires a signature on delivery)
Express 1pm ~ next working day before 1pm: £13.99 (order by 10am Mon-Fri – requires a signature on delivery)
Saturday Delivery: £24.99 (order by 10am Fri – requires a signature on delivery)
International Postage: charged by weight. This will be calculated automatically when you enter your delivery details.
Please note: Our “cut off” time for orders is 1pm. Orders received after this “cut off” time, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day, and estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.
Express and weekend delivery is only available for the UK mainland, for orders received before 1 pm on the previous working day and excludes certain areas (for example, Scottish Highlands) and certain very large items.
Certain parts of the UK may incur a surcharge of £5 dependent on parcel weight. This applies to:
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland,
Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
We are happy to deliver to Europe & the Rest of the World. Our website will calculate the cost of delivery to your required destination.
Standard Delivery is normally within 2–5 working days from receipt of order. Express delivery, subject to stock availability, is a 1 working day service (UK mainland only).
All express delivery orders and some other parcels will need to be signed for. Please supply an address where someone will be in to receive the parcel.
We will try to accommodate any delivery instructions, but please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, we and the courier cannot be held responsible if the parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen. If a signature is required, the courier may refuse to leave the parcel unattended.
Parcels returned to us because delivery has been attempted and the customer has not collected from the depot, can be resent via standard delivery for an additional charge of £2.
Guarantee / Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase, simply contact us and return the item within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (gift wrapping cost is excluded). A credit note will be issued for returns received within 15-30 days. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 5 days.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with tags attached. With the exception of faulty goods, postage charges are not refundable. We are only able to refund 2nd class return postage costs on faulty goods. When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ from your post office, or insure the parcel if necessary.
