We offer several postage options depending on your requirements:
Postage and Packing Services Available
UK Standard 2–5 working days: £4.99
Orders under £15 reduced postage: £3.99
Express Delivery ~ next working day: £8.50 (order by 1pm Mon-Fri)
Express 1pm ~ next working day before 1pm: £13.99 (order by 1pm Mon-Fri)
Saturday Delivery: £24.99 (order by 1pm Fri)
Sunday Delivery: £24.99 (order by 1pm Fri)
International Postage: charged by weight
Please note: Our “cut off” time for orders is 1pm. Orders received after this “cut off” time, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day, and estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.
Express and weekend delivery is only available for the UK mainland, for orders received before 1 pm on the previous working day and excludes certain areas and certain very large items.
Certain parts of the UK may incur a of £5 dependent on parcel weight. This applies to:
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland,
Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
We are happy to deliver to Europe & the Rest of the World. Our website will calculate the cost of delivery to your required destination.
Standard Delivery is normally within 2–5 working days from receipt of order. Express delivery, subject to stock availability, is a 1 working day service (UK mainland only).
Some parcels will need to be signed for. Please supply an address where someone will be in to receive the parcel.
We will try to accommodate any delivery instructions, but please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, we and the courier cannot be held responsible if the parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen.
Guarantee / Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase, simply contact us and return the item within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. A credit note will be issued for returns received within 15-30 days. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 5 days. With the exception of faulty goods, postage charges are not refundable. When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ from your post office, or insure the parcel if necessary.
