Delivery & Returns
Your order will be sent via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on size, weight and value. We offer several postage options depending on your requirements:

Standard: £4.99 2–5 working days, sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force
Small Orders: £3.99 2–5 working days, sent via Royal Mail
Priority: £8.50 order by 10am Mon-Fri – requires a signature on delivery. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm for parcels under 500g and Parcel Force 24hr service for heavier items. Please note that delivery guarantees are currently suspended due to Covid-19.
All Priority orders and some other parcels will need to be signed for. Please supply an address where someone will be in to receive the parcel.
Priority delivery is only available for the UK mainland, for orders received before 10 am and excludes certain areas (for example, Scottish Highlands) and certain very large items.
Certain parts of the UK may incur a surcharge of £5 dependent on parcel weight. This applies to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly.
UK parcels returned to us because delivery has been attempted and the customer has not collected from the depot, can be resent via standard delivery for an additional charge of £2.
We are happy to deliver to Europe & the Rest of the World. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and you can see total costs before payment is taken. Our site calculates international shipping costs based on order weight for a tracked service with either Royal Mail or Parcel Force International. Parcels under 2kgs will be significantly less to send. Individual products have weight information (see ‘additional information’ on product pages). Orders delivered to a UK address to be forwarded abroad should be checked for errors/faults before leaving the UK.
Track & Trace your International parcel: Regrettably, our site does not automatically provide you with tracking numbers. If you would like tracking numbers for your International delivery, please email us quoting your Name and Order Number: email@example.com
Please note: Our “cut off” time for standard orders is 1pm. Orders received after this “cut off” time, or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the next working day, and estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed.
We will try to accommodate any delivery instructions, but please be aware that if you ask for your parcel to be left unattended, we and the courier cannot be held responsible if the parcel is subsequently damaged or stolen. If a signature is required, the courier may refuse to leave the parcel unattended.
Guarantee / Returns:
If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase, simply contact us and return the item within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price (gift wrapping cost is excluded). A credit note will be issued for returns received within 15-30 days. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 5 days.
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with tags attached. With the exception of faulty goods, postage charges are not refundable. We are only able to refund 2nd class return postage costs on faulty goods, or equivalent postage from the country of delivery. Orders delivered to a UK address to be forwarded abroad should be checked for errors/faults before leaving the UK. When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ from your post office, or insure the parcel if necessary.
