Delivery is normally within 7 working days of receipt of order. If you need something urgently, please phone us. Express delivery (see below) is subject to stock availability (2 working days, UK mainland only).

postage & packing (shipping)

UK mainland postage & packing: £4.90
Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly may incur a surcharge of £5.00, dependent on weight (we will email you to confirm whether your order is subject to a surcharge).

orders (for UK delivery) under £15: £2.90

Express Delivery (2 Working days): £8.50 (only available for UK mainland, for orders received before 12 noon)

For continental Europe, USA and the Rest of the World, postage will be charged at cost, with a minimum of £5.90. If the postage charge for an order for delivery outside the UK is more than £5.90, we will add the extra charge to your total order value. If you would prefer to know in advance how much postage will be, please to email us with your order and we will get straight back to you with a quote for postage.

availability

Most of the products in our catalogue are either totally hand crafted or hand finished, and are therefore not always readily available from the manufacturers at short notice.

We aim to keep our full range of products in stock at all times, and normally are able to supply directly from stock. However, because of the popularity of our unique range this is not always possible at very busy times.

Please order early to avoid disappointment. This is particularly important in the run up to Christmas.

guarantee/returns

If you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply contact us ( to email us, quoting the order reference from your confirmation email) and return the item within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange or full refund of purchase price.

Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 5 days.

With the exception of faulty goods, postage charges are not refundable. Please note that, when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ask for 'proof of posting' from your post office (free of charge), or use insured 'Special Delivery', or a courier service, for more valuable items.

When you order, you will be taken to a form, where you enter your email address, name, telephone number, delivery address and credit/debit card details.

Your personal details and credit/debit card information are collected and processed on a secure server, so that your card information is completely protected.

We are then notified of your order, name, address and credit card details and will view these details on a secure, password-protected, page on the website of our Shopping Basket provider, RomanCart . We will then process your payment and your credit card details will be deleted 7 days after your order has been placed.

Our secure servers encrypt (128 bit) your details when they are sent over the internet and they are then decrypted on receipt by RomanCart.

It is impossible for someone to obtain your private information from our secure server. Therefore you can be completely confident that you are able to shop safely and securely on our site.

Sending a present? We can wrap your gift in hand-made paper and send it directly to the recipient along with your personal message. Cost £2.90 per item. Please note this service is not available for larger/awkward items - to email us, to find out whether the items you would like to order can be gift-wrapped.
