Thank you so much for my order - it has arrived really quickly and well packaged. I felt as excited as the children will at Christmas opening all the bits and pieces.

The catalogue was great too - it's certainly given me some ideas for next year. I love the simple ethos of your products and the choice and variety of toys was fabulous.

I just wanted to say thank very much for your environmentally responsible packing, especially the recyclable paper tape as many times with packages from other companies, I am unable to recycle their paper packing bags because they are covered with tape that doesn't bio-degrade.

I just wanted to say thank you so, so much for taking the time to reply to me. It was fantastic and incredibly helpful and I appreciate it more than you can know. I gave up work to look after my daughter which was the best decision I have ever made but sometimes it can be easy to doubt yourself when you are looking after a toddler and you worry that they are missing out a bit and that you aren't doing enough with them. Your ideas are so helpful-some of them I already do and I will definitely look into the others. My plan for tomorrow is to try wet felting with her which should be interesting!

I wanted to tell you that all the things I bought for Xmas from you have been a great success, all of them, but would say that most of all Glockenspiel's been the biggest success ( I love it too!) and also the painting basic kit with the brushes (gotta say that it's really high quality, I painted long time ago and this aquarelle painting are wonderful to work with, and also the brushes, really very good quality. Lovely colours come out when you mix them... I assure you that I'm thinking in framing my 2 years DD paintings, they are so nice :)))

I just wanted to say that Max is the best game ever! My 5 year old daughter has played and played and played since we gave this for her birthday last week. First thing in the morning it's "Can we play Max?" If a guest comes round it's "Do you want to play Max?"
